If you know Led Zeppelin, you know the last few words of that line are “since I rock and rolled”. But in my case, it’s “since I tended this blog”.

As much as I enjoy writing, somehow I allowed life to get in the way. Between work, being a good dad and husband, and focusing on my various self-improvement projects, my website and blog has gone unattended. But I decided recently that I need to get on the ball and spend at least a little time blogging about what is going on in my life and my thoughts on what is happening in the world.

Frankly, I’m not expecting that many people will care what I have to say. I’m not doing it for anyone other than me. I feel better when I get things off my chest. And if my words are able to help someone else, even better.

So, time to rock and roll…
